WASHINGTON'S LOGIC
I am seething mad! We are now going down the same road as Greece! Washington, in it's infinite wisdom, is now planning on TAXING your SAVINGS!! First of all, that money has ALREADY been taxed! Income tax, State tax, Social Security tax, Medicare tax and Disability tax. Now, we have Obama Care tax, yes, there's a tax for GETTING & HAVING Health Insurance, and now, a SAVINGS tax.
We all heard about the Capital Gains tax,when Romney ran against Obama, but taxing your SAVINGS?? It's bad enough you can't earn anything on the little you do manage to save. (Thank you Federal Reserve for "propping-up" the economy with 'worthless' money)
So....... How do you pay for College? Buy a house? Car?
Then we have the Senators that want to extend unemployment benefits, AGAIN, "It's an 'EMERGENCY', the economy is still bad". What? Isn't 99 weeks enough time to figure out you need to make changes to get back to work? Most of them want 'full time' work, Obama Care fixed that, now 30 hrs. is "full time"! Unemployment is suppose to be 7.?%? (revised today to 6.7%) If it is, it's only because people need 2 jobs to make up the difference! The, so called "recovery," was 4 yrs. ago. So what is it? But, when you keep changing the way you get the numbers, how can you TRUST the numbers?
What have the 'policies' Washington's been passing, actually done to HELP the poor? I know it hasn't helped ME! With all the money and programs Washington has thrown at us, we have MORE poor, than ever before! Then they add more and more new regulations and make it harder and harder to get out of poverty!
Washington changed how we measure inflation. It doesn't include utilities, fuel or food. When your not working, everything else is a luxury. Every time I go to the store or fill my tank it's gone up, THAT'S inflation to me!
Instead of getting rid of RIDICULOUS programs, like millions to see if a Shrimp can run on a treadmill... (THAT;S an important discovery) they cut Military Retiree's pay. These people put their LIFE on the line for MY Freedom, we have a responsibility to take care of them!
The weather changes & it's "Global Warming", it snows so it's "Climate Change", DUH!! Climate changes all the time, it has been forever! Not something 'man' has control over, but, Obama thinks adding a "carbon" tax will fix it.
How about some common sense solutions? Stop destroying the rain forest's? Replace the tree's you cut down! GOVERNMENTS are responsible for creating the problem, yet they want the people to pay for it!
Liberals, Progressive Republicans, they seem to think it's okay to tell people what they want to hear, so you can get 're-elected'! They care more for their job than the Country!
The way I see it, our only hope for the Country, is to elect people who aren't going to be there for 40 or 50 yrs! We need "Term Limits", for Senators, Congressmen AND the Supreme Court! There should be no "lifetime" appointments in Washington at all! While we're at it, we could pull all the "Retirement" and "Pension" benefits!
We need Honor, Integrity and Morality BACK in Washington. Our vote is how we get it, but participation and vigilance is how we find it.

2014-2016 ELECTIONS
Unless the "PEOPLE", stand-up for The Constitution & Bill of Rights, then you might as well start carrying a pillow to kneel on, because you WILL be kneeling & bowing to the 'Dictator' of the United States! Hell, you already ARE! Just look at Washington now.
When was the last time your Government ASKED for your opinion? Look how they 'demonize' the 'Tea Party'. The 'Tea Party' is nothing more that 'Citizens', AMERICAN Citizens who want Washington to HEAR them. They want the people WE elected, to follow the Constitution when they are passing Law's, Regulations & Tax's! We expect, no, DEMAND that they OBEY the OATH they Swore on a BIBLE to UPHOLD & DEFEND!
Problem is, they are ERASING the Constitution. The Constitution is NOT being taught or learned in school, except a couple of paragraphs here and there in the American History Class. If you want to know more, you actually have to take it as an elective class. If your parents are not promoting the principals of the Constitution, you probably only know some of the main ones, like the 1st & 2nd Amendments, which by the way, Obama & the Progressive Socialists are trying to destroy.
They use natural events as an excuse to "take your guns', they use "global warming"as a way to 'tax' more. You explain to me how taxing 'carbon' is going to 'fix' the weather, that, by the way is in GOD'S hands, and if your an Atheist, whatever they believe controls NATURE.
The 2014 Elections are just a few months from now, November. If we even HAVE Elections, there's a lot that's going to be happening in the next few months. Obama has pushed to much & to far. If you REALLY want to know what is going on behind the scenes, you will have to check out some of the internet new's stations, like, the Alex Jones show, the Blaze, Commonsense news, and MANY more. Go to you-tube and type in 'OBAMA'.... you will get LOT'S of INDEPENDENT journalists!
Please! VOTE!!! Your voice WILL be heard, but you have to use your vote!
Tell Washington what you want buy WHO you vote for! Ask questions, get involved! If you don't, you will loose the little power that We the People still have.
